Thank you for choosing Powered By Naughty Paws. These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services and website (“Site”), and your purchase of products from us. 1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

1.1 The website “poweredbynaughtypaws.com” is owned and operated by Powered By Naughty Paws Ltd.

1.2 All content on this Site, including text, images, and other materials, is owned by us or used with permission.

1.3 You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any content from our Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

2. Product Availability

2.1 All products are subject to availability. If an item is unavailable, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer an alternative product or a full refund.

2.2 Order acceptance does not guarantee delivery if products are unavailable or circumstances prevent us from fulfilling the order.

3. Product Descriptions & Pricing

3.1 We aim to ensure that all descriptions, images, and details are accurate. However:

Images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ slightly from the actual product.

Packaging and ingredients may vary due to manufacturer updates.

Weight and size of products may vary within reasonable tolerances.

3.2 If a pricing error is identified, we reserve the right to cancel or amend your order, notifying you promptly.

3.3 Prices on our Site apply only to online purchases and include VAT where applicable. Any delivery charges are additional and displayed during checkout.

4. Online Orders & Acceptance

4.1 Upon placing an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.

4.2 Ensure all delivery details are accurate. Incorrect information may result in delays or the loss of perishable goods, for which we cannot be held responsible.

4.3 Orders are only confirmed upon dispatch of goods.

5. Click-and-Collect Service

5.1 Orders must be collected within 14 days of confirmation. Unclaimed orders will be refunded, less a 50% restocking fee.

5.2 Changes to Click-and-Collect orders are not permitted after confirmation.

6. Deliveries

6.1 Local deliveries are made in Powered By Naughty Paws vehicles, while courier deliveries are packed to preserve product integrity.

6.2 Delivery details must be accurate, and amendments must be notified immediately. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made.

6.3 Couriers may destroy perishable goods after 48 hours in transit if delivery instructions are not followed. We are not liable for such losses.

7. Delivery FAQs

7.1 Deliveries are scheduled based on postcode and availability. We currently only delivery to Stevenage SG1 & SG2 postcodes with road and/or free parking access nearby. You will receive a delivery slot notification the day before your delivery.

7.2 If you are not home, goods may be left in a safe place as instructed. Responsibility for delivered goods transfers to you once delivery is completed.

7.3 Orders must be placed by 12 noon the day before the scheduled delivery day.

8. Subscription Services

8.1 Subscriptions are billed in advance. You may cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice before the next scheduled delivery.

8.2 Repeated declined payments may result in cancellation of your subscription.

9. Cancellations of Orders

9.1 Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before dispatch. Perishable goods cancellations will incur a £5 restocking fee.

9.2 Cancellations must be made in writing via email.

10. Refund & Return Policy

10.1 Online Purchases Refunds are available for non-perishable goods returned in saleable condition within 14 days. The cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Frozen and perishable goods are non-refundable.

10.2 In-Store Purchases Goods purchased in person are non-refundable unless faulty or inaccurately described.

10.3 Faulty goods must be reported within 30 days, including a description and photographic evidence. Replacement or refund will be provided where applicable.

11. Promotions & Discounts

11.1 Any promotion codes must be entered at checkout. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively.

11.2 Only one promotion code can be used per order, and codes cannot be combined with other offers.

12. Loyalty Scheme

12.1 We focus on offering great value for all our customers. To keep prices low we are not currently running a loyalty scheme.

13. Your Account

13.1 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and ensuring all details are accurate and up to date.

13.2 Use of the Site is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over.

14. Website Updates & Changes

14.1 We may update or modify the Site at any time without notice. Access to the Site is provided “as is” and “as available.”

15. Limitation of Liability and Indemnity

15.1 We are not liable for losses resulting from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

15.2 These Terms are governed by English law, and disputes will be resolved in English courts.

15.3 Events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, strikes) may affect deliveries. We will communicate any delays and work to find alternative solutions.

16. Privacy Policy

16.1 Powered By Naughty Paws respects your privacy and complies with relevant privacy laws. Personal data is collected only as necessary to process orders and provide services.

16.2 Payment details are securely handled by our payment provider(s) and not stored by us.

16.3 Marketing communications are optional, and you can opt out at any time.
